BSGA World Ranking: #1
Sawyer Wilson

After a remarkable 77 and (-1) on the back 9 at the Elmore Envitational, The Commish tallied up 350 SWR Cup points and a sole 6th place in a highly competitive field. He maintains an aura of calm and demure throughout his round many attempt to emulate, as he shows up when the lights shine brightest, time after time.
BSGA World Ranking: #2
Casey
Turgeon

Turg put on a laser light show for the field, pummeling drives all over Dunedin. The man was greenside on several par 4’s and made par 5’s look like not par 5’s. If he even had an ounce of a short game he could go real real low. Until then, he’ll need to bomb and gouge his way for a chance at a win.
BSGA World Ranking: #3
Mike Horan

Shooting a 78 and double bogey free round at the newly renovated Dunedin GC is a proud accomplishment, bested only by the two players above him in the rankings. When he’s on he truly does have a terrific swing, it’s just a matter of time before it clicks and we see a 40 burger dropped on us unsuspecting civilians by Fat Man, who is often accompanied by Little Boy (Mason; WWII reference)
BSGA World Ranking: #4
Kevin Proehl

I’m torn writing this bio. On the one hand, he shot 10 over his quota and was dancing with the leader position all day. On the other hand, when a guy eagles his first hole of competition one sets higher expectations. If it weren’t for a miraculous eagle by Parrish we may be putting the Tan Jacket on him, but we didn’t. Was this the closest we’ll see him get? Kevin Fowler? For the sake of the interest rates he controls, I hope not.
BSGA World Ranking: #5
Kenny
Weatherman

It makes sense the former military member (thank you for your service) is so consistent. One can set their calendar for a low to mid 20’s round from the Weatherman and rarely will they be disappointed. He’s always good; we just need to see great.
BSGA World Ranking: #6
Tyler Selesky

Winner winner! The CHAMP put up a disgusting 33 quota points on a respectable 24 quota, cementing his place in BSGA history as a Major Winner. Overcome by the momentous accomplishment he forgot to bring his trophy home with him. We’ll cut him some slack, there isn’t much room up top to fit more than 2 or 3 thoughts at a time.
BSGA World Ranking: #7
Taylor Harroun

In his Tour Debut the Harroun Hounded His way to a relatively easy 39 quota points. You know you’re good when you tell the commish “I shot a 71, but honestly, it could’ve easily been a 65”, and the commish believes it. The Walking Stick will be crucial for the tours Ryder Cup event January 18-19th.
BSGA World Ranking: #8
Hunter Lanier

A tale of two strategies burdened him throughout the day. Sometimes he would take the wise approach and hit the ball in the fairway and end up with a good score. Other times he would opt for a shortcut and hit the ball several fairways over. It didn’t usually work out when he did that approach, but he stayed with it most of the day.
BSGA World Ranking: #9
Justin
Crist

It was the best of 9’s, it was the worst of 9’s. Yahweh (peace be upon him) went out with a dreadful 6 quota points and was in prime quota maintenance position. HOWEVA!! He put on a show on the back 9, including a birdie heard across Greater North Pinellas on hole 15. Is he back? Yeah, I’d say he’s back.
BSGA World Ranking: #10
MITCHELL CLARK

One of the two players who found this add through an online post on Tampa Bay Golf Nutz proves that sometimes you CAN trust strangers on the internet. The Blaze Eady doppleganger threw up a obscene 35 quota points in his first ever competition and cemented his place as a potential Bonesaw Cup invitee to represent the tour this fall vs. Team Orlando Losers. Welcome!
BSGA World Ranking: #11
Chris Brennan

Who the hell is this guy?? On his debut round puts up 32 points, coming ever so close to tying his cartner who was the eventual winner. The good news: great addition to the tour we can’t wait to see out there again. The bad news: we may have to go up against this animal multiple times a year
BSGA World Ranking: #12
Mason Parrish

Welcome to the Winner’s Circle my friend. Once you put on that jacket NO ONE is allowed to make jokes about needed a step stool to wash the dishes. The Irishman stormed the field going BIRDIE BIRDIE to start the day and had a lovely eagle to bring it to a conclusion. Is this a forecast for a new and improved Parrish on tour?! Nah, probably just got lucky with that eagle. Still sick though.
BSGA World Ranking: #13
Jordan Savinon

A wildly uncharacteristic 14 point performance, perhaps the pressure of hosting a slew of newbies was too much. Given his track record I expect a return to show in the next event.
BSGA World Ranking: #14
Josh Mowery

The Quiet Vibe was LOUD at the Insurrection Invitational coming in a solo 2nd at +8! Many eyes had wondered off the leaderboard, assuming the champion was crowned, until this man was on the green at 18. Needing only a 2 putt to tie, and a 1 putt to win, the pressure ate away at the fellas soul as we watched him reluctantly 3 putt. The practice and tech upgrades seemed to have paid off!
BSGA World Ranking: #15
Parker Snure

Whoa! Many people shy when the lights shine bright, but not this bloodhound. He was hot on the scent for a great showing, and show well he did. 26 quota points for a debut is far from a record, in fact, a different newbie had way more in the same event. But compared to the expectations I had from several close sources I am impressed with this showing.
BSGA World Ranking: #16
Parker Hamilton

We always appreciate Road Warriors who make a pilgrimage from lands far away, and PHam made the best of his debut with a tidy 27 quota points. I hope he has some MC Hammer in him, cause this guy is too legit to quit.
BSGA World Ranking: #17
Taylor Lesch

A ho-hum round of +3 on his quota at Dunedin is respectable and earns him a few SWR quota points, but one feels like this was a missed opportunity for possibly the longest player in Pinellas County on March 8th. The setup was perfect for him to attack all day, yet we’re left with only two birdies from this well rounded golfer. Still, solid day, but you know?
BSGA World Ranking: #18
Spencer
Elmore

Welcome back to respectability and polite society! After his fall from grace with a 10 point performance the tournament host himself came out and had a tidy 16 quota points on a windy day. Now that he is back to being respected he may look the commish and other top 10 players in the eye again.
BSGA World Ranking: #19
Nate Crapple

There was a point in time where we were staring down the very real possibility that this mofo was going to win it. The commish was preparing his apologies for the sandbagger who hadn’t appeared in a year until word broke this dumbass locked himself out of his car and played with someone else’s clubs. If you win after taking an uber to the course with loaners, hats off, well done. But he didn’t, so I didn’t have to apologize, but we look forward to the production this lad will have on the adjusted quota.
BSGA World Ranking: #20
BJ Anderson

The trend of respectable play continues, as Mr. Anderson had himself 16 quota points at Dunedin GC. He still doesn’t own a metal and hits irons exclusively off tees, but few players can drive it as far as he when he connects. Trending up?!
BSGA World Ranking: #21
Austin Pawlowski

The tour hipster and Road Scholar from O-Town returned to the tour with a handsome 21 quota points, right where he left off. The Paw Dawg is a pleasant site to see when he appears, let us hope this is an omen for more of them.
BSGA World Ranking: #22
kyle Aebischer

“Some guys just get it” – Colin Cowturd, commenting on Kyle Aebischer’s participation on tour. Is he a great golfer? Hardly. Is he a watchable golfer? At times, yes. But is he a vibe who is all in on tour? Undoubtedly, and a 16 point performance has moved him up to a respectable household name on tour.
BSGA World Ranking: #23
Ryan Marshall

What a glorious performance with 17 quota points on an incredibly difficult day. Despite others scoring more points in events the commish feels compelled to laud his efforts and raise his world rankings, largely due to the fact he hinted he might be buying a house in the near future. You’re so good at golf man! We should play more!
BSGA World Ranking: #24
Spencer
Wilson

A glorious return after pulling his pride muscle, Spencer W carded 22 quota points. You can’t tell me it isn’t the sweetest swing on tour, which begs the question; why isn’t he better?
BSGA World Ranking: #25
Zach Johnson

BANG! 19 quota points in his second round and a tremendous showing at The Palms, ZJ was contending throughout the day and was giving the house leader butterflies down the stretch. Turn a few pars to birdies, and bogeys to pars, this guy could be hoisting a trophy of his own in due time.
BSGA World Ranking: #26
Harrison Cooney

I chuckled when Cooney said “I think I’m just going to swing 50%” because this mans hubris won’t allow him to play smart. Unlimited potential, but a lack of discipline will keep him from being a serious competitor.
BSGA World Ranking: #27
Brenden Hewett

When Lincoln lost his run for senate in 1854, did he give up? When he lost the VP nomination in 1856, did he throw in the top hat? No, he doubled down on his commitment and went on the win the presidency twice and was a major component of the only interesting play ever performed in America. What we are seeing here is a Lincolnian rise from Hubert, with scores of 3, 4, and 7. If trends continue he will be scratch by his 11th tournament.
BSGA World Ranking: #28
Michael O'Brien

The big fella showed up with big expectations and comfortable met them. The clothing Entrepreneur put up a fashionable 21 quota points, and looked handsome while doing it.
BSGA World Ranking: #29
Opie
Brodbeck

We’ll chalk this one up to drive-lag from Jacksonville and “floating” after a night of fun the previous Thursday. We expect more from the uber talented Brodbeck, but 13 quota points isn’t it, fam. Perhaps a mental adjustment when deciding clubs and approach is in order.
BSGA World Ranking: #30
John Dougherty

The late addition, courtesy of KP, came in with a bang and went out with a whimper, posting 12 quota points at Plantation Palms. Others are credited for similar scores, but those associated with Proehl, LLC. are held to a higher standard.
BSGA World Ranking: #31
Jack Scales

Get a load of this guy! He flirted with contention briefly, but like most women when they hear him rizz for more than 10 minutes, the leaderboard lost interest in him. A birdie did some heavy lifting on this low quota, carding a double or worse on 12 holes. However, the improvement and commitment to striving for excellence is there and we love to see it. Additionally, someone described him as “the guy who looks like a model” and I hate that I knew exactly who he was referring to. A model for the Gay Times, sure, but still a model.
BSGA World Ranking: #32
Jacob Weaver

13 points in a debut amongst proverbial strangers is a solid performance. Being a vibe at the afters was also a clutch move; good looks there. A welcome personality and addition, we look forward to monitoring his growth.
BSGA World Ranking: #33
Mick Pristas

The lad put up 6 and 7 quota points on the 9’s, remaining consistently in the meddling territory throughout the day. He didn’t wow anyone, but he did make it harder to sand bag in the future, and I enjoy that piece of his performance quite a bit.
BSGA World Ranking: #34
Joey Allison

“Flight JA14; permission to land” was heard as Mr. Allison finished his round on January 4th, as he ingloriously returned from his meteoric rise experienced during the last 3 tournament rounds. 27, 23, 22, and finally, 14. Buck up buddy, happens to the best of us. Well, not me, but other people.
BSGA World Ranking: #35
Zach Gordon

Why he would ever swap out his 3-wood when it’s the possibly the deadliest weapon on tour is beyond me, but we learned one thing for sure; when the lights shine brightest, Gordon brings his A-game.
BSGA WORLD RANKING #36
Nick Catando

No, he’s not covered in grease he’s just Italian. Catando introduced himself to the tour with nifty 9 quota points. It won’t impress anyone, sure, but one can tip their cap to the performance and move on. With all the free time he has on his hands with his fake job in Real Estate now, one anticipates a surge in scoring moving forward.
BSGA WORLD RANKING #37
Nick Abbott

WELCOME HOME, THE PRODIGAL SON! After serving a year long suspension for the LAMEST and inexcusable bail in recorded history we are happy to have him back and competing. Well, not really “competing” because he’s not that good, but around. Yeah, that’s it, glad to have him back around.
BSGA World Ranking: #38
Michael Suchy

All gas.. Some breaks?! The Big Show turned it around after 9 with 6 points on the back half of his round, getting him to even quota; a feat not seen in several events. Indicative of a takeoff? Or perhaps a cocktease. Time will tell.
BSGA World Ranking: #39
Danny Bolnick

This MOFO has been GRINDING! Witnessed first hand by the rankings committee Mr. Bolnick demonstrated surgically soft hands with several excellent short area chips he was able to convert to points. Very Nice!
BSGA World Ranking: #40
Zack Hubbard

Respectable. Both on and off the course, Zeebo conducted himself with the blue collar attitude this tour thrives on. No complaints; just his lunch pale and a time ticket stamped for a respectable 12 points at the Insurrection Invite.
BSGA World Ranking: #41
Matt Brookens

Arguably the nicest guy in the world and first tour sponsor who presented a putter to the winner of the lowest gross score at the Envitational. No, he’s not aimed two fairways right, that’s just his setup
BSGA World Ranking: #42
Will Priest

The Clergy brought excellent vibes and a moderate game at his debut. Was it impressive? Far from it. But nonetheless his presence was welcomed, and is always there when two or more are gathered.
BSGA World Ranking: #43
Cam Oxiner

Dick’s Promotional Partner took his time away from setting PR’s on the trail to setting records of mediocrity on the links. A tidy 13 underwhelmed the commish, but only because he knows there is a lot more gas in the tank. The committee is launching an investigation of Sandbagging (3rd degree, misdemeanor).
BSGA World Ranking: #44
Keegan Smith

Initially the commish had his hesitations introducing this stranger from the internet to the tour, primarily because during research the commish noticed a picture with purple hair and the commish makes many jokes that purple hair people really don’t care for. HOWEVER! The commish could not have been more wrong and the fella was a delightful addition, and may be a crucial part in tour expansion.
BSGA World Ranking: #45
Tony Harroun

You may have noticed the commish plays a brand of he affectionately calls “old man golf”. Tony embodies this in both spirit and body, carding a tightly controlled 12 with nary a fairway missed.
BSGA World Ranking: #46
Chris Ellis

No, he’s not intoxicated, he just talks like that. Mr. Ellis Island made a respectable debut with 13 quota points, but more importantly, earned an invite back with stellar vibes.
BSGA World Ranking: #47
Andrew Fernandez

After a brief hiatus on tour he has made a respectable return, carding a 90 on the grueling Copperhead Course. Welcome back brotha!!
BSGA World Ranking: #48
Johnny Panico

Panico, sporting a swing borrowed from Wil-E-Coyote, returned to earth with a 7 after rounds of 12, and 14 quota points. Doesn’t matter for him though, long as The Tide play well.
BSGA World Ranking: #49
Brett Lawton

This ranking is evidence that talent and skill are not the only factors in World Rankings. Sometimes, like being a good dad, it’s just showing up. Don’t really know if I could provide a better roast than just pointing out he had 2 quota points.
BSGA World Ranking: #50
John Howes

If you’re wondering where that bacon smell is emanating, look here; tour cop John Howes. One of the chillest mofos on tour, he’s made his return to Tampa and as his first official decision he joined the tour and hasn’t looked back
BSGA World Ranking: #51
Andrew Mccormick

Demonstrating raw athleticism, Andy was able to put up 7 quota points without touching a club in the prior several years. Though it wasn’t impressive, he earned a lifetime tour card the most honest way how; purchasing a home from the commish (highly recommend btw)
BSGA World Ranking: #52
Dylan Chewcowski

You know you’re talking to a golf premadonna when he can’t wait to tell you “played the worst round of my life” after carding a 90 at Copperhead. Good vibes and likely to make future appearances.
BSGA World Ranking: #53
Zach Daniels

Though he would tell you he didn’t have his best day, his grit throughout the round earned him respect and his ability to feed a ravished commish earned him an automatic qualifier spot come J6.
BSGA World Ranking: #54
TJ Alman

TJ was kind enough to put down the Monster energy drink, swap out his FOX racing shirt for a golf polo, and don some TJ Max cologne in order to play at Plantation Palms and played he did! Well? Meh, 8 quota points and I’ve witnessed him first hand throw up he teens. Potential sandbaggery?
BSGA World Ranking: #55
Higgy

The cerebral father 3 is committed to keeping his quota low until he’s ready to pounce, carding 4 quota points on the day. Give this man daycare on the weekends and it’s scary what he’s capable of. 6, maybe even 7 quota points.
BSGA World Ranking: #56
Drew Inman

The man forewarned he was ill, and so was his game. I would’ve thought his app was malfunctioning but it wasn’t, because there was still a point next to his name. A single, lonely point. His quota has shot down, perhaps giving him the chance he was looking for at the next event.
BSGA World Ranking: #57
Tyler Brew

Unfortunately the commissioner was not able to witness this players game so can’t comment with much more than a tip of the cap and an excellent 86 on Sunday.
BSGA World Ranking: #58
Andrew Goot

Big Law Goot graced the links courtroom to present his case for a title. Unfortunately the jury ruled against his favor with 6 quota points presented at evidence. However, his appeal at the next event will likely be favorable considering the low Florida Bar he’s set.
BSGA World Ranking: #59
Bret Beery

Selesky nearly doubled Bret’s entire day (5 points) on one hole whenceupon Tyler chipped in for eagle. Perhaps a range sesh is in order?
BSGA World Ranking: #60
Darrian Davis

The good doctor just couldn’t make the right adjustments to his spine angle when striking the ball, carding 5 quota points on the day. Given the white collar profession and he looks like an ad for Peter Millar the commish was surprised by this outcome. Perhaps setting the stage to storm the field in March?
BSGA World Ranking: #61
Blaze Eady

I am now in a predicament I didn’t think I’d have. At least, not yet. Would it be permissible to allow a player to start the day with a zero quota, if they truly earned it? I have much to deliberate…
BSGA World Ranking: #62
Alex
Grandjacquet

This ranking is exclusively due to a lame last minute bail, but at least he gave the commish a headsup.
